光动力抗菌化学疗法治疗甲氧西林耐药金黄色葡萄球菌感染研究进展
Advances in the research of photodynamic antimicrobial chemotherapy for treating methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus infection
摘要This article reviews the advance in the research of both the mechanism of photodynamic antimicrobial chemotherapy (PACT) based on the principle of photodynamic therapy and the application of PACT in the treatment of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) infection.Nowadays an inexorable prevalence of resistant bacteria observed worldwide,among which MRSA strains typically have a high potential of provoking outbreaks with intractability,makes it a pressing issue to develop new germicidal strategies.FACT is an emerging photochemistry-based technology.In the presence of oxygen,PACT,with the aid of the activation of photosensitizers to generate reactive oxygen species by the wavelength-specific light,destroys the structure of bacteria selectively and efficiently,with much lower bacterial resistance level than that of antibiotics.We expect that further research would elucidate the mechanism and develop clinical applications of PACT,and it may become a novel approach to solve the problem of MRSA infection in the future.

abstracts甲氧西林耐药金黄色葡萄球菌(methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus,MRSA)是院内感染的重要病原菌,烧伤创面一旦发生该种病原菌感染,治疗难度较大.目前MRSA感染病例数逐年攀升,多药耐药谱逐渐扩大,新的抗菌策略研究已然迫在眉睫.光动力疗法(photodynamic therapy,PDT)利用特定光源照射光敏剂后在靶组织内产生光化学效应,以达到治疗目的,而光动力抗菌化学疗法(photodynamic antimicrohial chemotherapy,PACT)是基于PDT原理杀灭致病菌的一种新兴疗法,具有杀菌范围广、安全性高、不易产生耐药性等特点.本文就PACT在治疗MRSA感染方面的研究进展进行综述.
