摘要目的 分析不同类型桡骨远端骨折的发生与月骨形态之间的关系,以进一步了解桡骨远端骨折的发生规律,并为临床提供参考.方法 收集2011年7月至2012年6月我院收治的224例桡骨远端骨折患者的标准X线正、侧位片,将桡骨远端骨折按AO和Mayo分型,月骨形态按Antuna Zapico分型;采用统计分析桡骨远端骨折类型与月骨形态间的相关性.结果 桡骨远端骨折AO-B型与Antuna Zapico月骨形态学分型之间有显著相关性(P=0.019),而A型和C型与月骨分型之间无显著相关性(PA=0.226;Pc=0.238);桡骨远端骨折Mayo分型与Antuna Zapico月骨形态学分型之间无相关性(P=1.77).结论 AO-B型桡骨远端骨折与Antuna Zapico月骨形态学分型之间存在显著相关性,但AO-B1-3型桡骨远端骨折与对应的Antuna ZapicoⅠ～Ⅲ型月骨形态之间无显著相关性,其临床意义需进一步研究.

abstractsObjective To investigate the characteristic of distal radius fracture occurrence by analyzing the relationship between distal radius fractures and the morphology of the lunate.Methods Standard anteroposterior radiographs of 224 distal radius fractures treated between July 2011 to June 2012 were collected.AO classification and Mayo Clinic classification were conducted to categorize these fractures.The shape of the lunate was classified into 3 types according to Antuna Zapico description.Likelihood ratio test was used to analyze the correlation between AO or Mayo classification and 3 types of lunate morphology.Results There was a significant correlation between AO type B distal radius fractures and the morphological classification of the lunate (P =0.019).No correlation between AO type A and C classification (PA =0.226, PC =0.238) or Mayo classification of distal radius fractures (P =1.77) and the Antuna Zapico types of lunate morphology.Conclusion There exists a significant correlation between AO type B distal radius fractures and the morphological classification of the lunate.However, there are no significant correlations between AO type B1 to B3 fractures and their corresponding Antuna Zapico type Ⅰ to Ⅲ lunate morphology.The clinical significance of these findings requires further investigation,
