摘要目的 探讨指动脉顺行岛状皮瓣修复拇指软组织缺损的临床疗效.方法 自2007年12月至2013年12月,我们采用保留一半指固有神经的中指尺侧或环指桡侧指动脉顺行岛状皮瓣修复15例拇指指腹软组织缺损,缺损面积为4.5 cm× 3.0 cm～ 2.0 cm× 1.5 cm.结果 15例皮瓣全部存活,术后随访时间为4～ 10个月,功能及外观效果满意,两点分辨觉为5～7mm,平均6mm,根据中华医学会手外科学会上肢部分功能评定试用标准评定:优14例,良1例.结论 改良指动脉顺行岛状皮瓣转移操作相对简便、安全,是修复拇指指腹软组织缺损并重建感觉较为理想的方法.

abstractsObjective To investigate the clinical outcomes of digital artery island tlap transfer for coverage of soft tissue defects of the thumbs.Methods From December 2007 to December 2013,15 cases with soft tissue defects of the thumb were treated with ulnar digital artery island flap from the middle finger or radial digital artery island flap from the ring finger.The digital nerve that accompanies the digital artery was also included in the flap.The flap size ranged from 4.5 cm × 3.0 cm to 2.0 cm × 1.5 cm.Results All the flaps survived completely.The follow-up period ranged from 4 to 10 months.The ftmctional and cosmetic results were satisfactory.Two-point discrimination was 5 to 7 mm,with an average of 6 mm.According to the upper extremity functional evaluation criteria issued by the Hand Surgery Society of the Chinese Medical Association,the results were rated excellent in 14 cases and good in 1 case.Conclusion The modified digital artery island flap transfer is ideal for repairing defects of the thumb and restoring sensation.It is simple,safe and reliable.
