摘要目的 探讨利用尺动脉伴行静脉与掌侧皮肤浅静脉吻合治疗手掌逆行皮肤撕脱伤的可行性及临床效果.方法 自2013年1月至2016年6月,我们采用显微外科技术吻合尺动脉伴行静脉与撕脱皮下浅静脉,修复手掌部皮肤撕脱伤患者11例.结果 术后10例患者撕脱皮肤全部成活,1例手掌撕脱皮肤近端有少部分坏死,经扩创植皮后愈合.术后随访时间为6～26个月,平均15个月,患手外形美观,皮肤质地柔软,耐磨能力强,基本恢复了原来功能.结论 通过吻合尺动脉伴行静脉与皮下浅静脉治疗手掌皮肤逆行撕脱伤可取得较好的疗效,是一种较为理想的修复方法.

abstractsObjective To explore the feasibility and clinical efficacy of the treatment of palmar skin retrograde avulsion by the anastomosis of the vena comitans of the ulnar artery and superficial palmar vein.Methods From January 2013 to June 2016,microsurgical technique was used for the blood supply reconstruction by the anastomosis of the vena comitans of the ulnar artery and superficial palmar vein in 11 cases.Results All the cases survived completely except 1 case had partial skin necrosis in proximal palmar avulsed skin which was healed by debridement and skin graft.All the patients were follow-up for 6 to 26 months with an average of 15 months.The affected hand had good appearance and restored the original function.The skin had soft texture with strong wear resistance.Conclusion It is an ideal method to treat the palmar skin retrograde avulsion by the anastomosis of the vena comitans of the ulnar artery and superficial palmar vein.
