摘要狂犬病是由狂犬病毒(rabies virus,RABV)感染引起的致死性人畜共患疾病,先后出现的狂犬病疫苗、免疫球蛋白、密尔沃基疗法尚达不到治愈狂犬病要求,而针对病毒本身的抗病毒治疗成为人们关注的焦点。本文现根据RABV复制感染过程,简述作用于病毒各个过程的抗病毒药物的作用机制、相关实验过程及结果,并提出新型抗RABV药物疗效评述及联合治疗方案的方向。

abstractsRabies is a fatal zoonotic disease caused by rabies virus (RABV). The rabies vaccine, immunoglobulin, and Milwaukee therapy that have emerged have not reached the cure for rabies, and antiviral treatment against the virus itself has become a concern and focus. In this review article, according to the RABV replication infection process, the mechanism of action of antiviral drugs acting on various processes of the virus, relevant experimental procedures and result are briefly described, and the evaluation of the efficacy of new anti-RABV drugs and the direction of the combination therapy are proposed.
