抗诺如病毒药物研究进展

摘要诺如病毒(Norovirus, NoV)属于杯状病毒科诺如病毒属，是引起非细菌性急性和散发性胃肠炎的主要病原体。针对NoV感染的治疗药物主要是以NoV复制的各个环节、宿主细胞因子以及免疫调节因子为靶点设计的抗病毒药物。本文以抗NoV药物为重点进行综述，旨在为NoV防治提供新思路。

abstractsNorovirus (NoV) belongs to the genus Norovirus of the family Cupaviridae, which is the main pathogen causing non-bacterial acute and sporadic gastroenteritis. Treatments for NoV infections primarily focus on antiviral drugs designed to target various aspects of NoV replication, host cytokines, and immunomodulatory factors. This review highlights anti-NoV drugs with the aim of providing new ideas for the prevention and treatment of NoV.
