摘要目的 制作符合临床特点的Stanford A型主动脉夹层动物模型.方法 胸部正中切口,侧壁钳钳夹升主动脉侧壁约2/3周径,圆刀片纵行切开外膜及中膜外1/2,找到中膜间隙,钝性分离升主动脉壁中层间隙,造成假腔建立Stanford A型主动脉夹层动物模型,并于手术结束后使用超声评价夹层发展.结果 9条犬成功建立Stanford A型主动脉夹层模型.肉眼观及超声可见主动脉形成明显夹层,主动脉夹层长度为(21.5±2.3) cm.组织学切片见主动脉中膜撕裂,符合主动脉夹层组织病理学表现.结论 利用外科手术方式可以成功制作Stanford A型主动脉夹层动物模型.

abstractsObjective To establish an animal model of Stanford type A aortic dissection.Methods After a median sternotomy was performed,the aortic wall was clamped longitudinally about two-third of the circumference with a wall clamp,and a small round blade was used to cut across the adventitia and one-half of the media at a width of the ascending aortic circumference.After exposing the medial space,the tip of a mosquito clamp was used for blunt gentle dissection along the medial space in the distal direction to reproduction the false lumen,and after the surgery we use the color Doppler to evaluate the development of the animal model.Results Stanford type A aortic dissections were reproduced successfully in 9 dogs.In the autopsy of animal with aortic dissection,we found the dissection in the aortic tunica media space.The average length of the dissection is (21.5 ± 2.3) cm.Conclusion The animal model of Stanford type A aortic dissection could be achieved surgically.
