摘要硬膜替代材料种类繁多,但仍存在缺点与限制.静电纺丝技术是制备纳米级纤维的简便、高效的方法,静电纺丝纤维支架已广泛应用于组织工程与再生医学领域,在硬膜组织修复及粘连预防中的应用也颇受关注.现就静电纺丝微/纳米纤维材料在硬膜组织缺损修复及预防硬膜外瘢痕中的应用研究进展进行综述.

abstractsThere are many kinds of dural substitutes,all of which have some shortcoming and limitation.Electrospinning is a simple and efficient technique for fabricating nanofibers.Electrospun fibrous scaffolds have been widely used in the field of tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.Recently,electrospun fibrous scaffolds have gained an increasing popularity in dural tissue repair and prevention of adhesion.This review focuses on application of electrospun micro/nanofibers for dura mater regeneration and epidural adhesion prevention.
