摘要神经损伤是临床上较常见,且属于治疗修复比较棘手的创伤类型之一.神经损伤实验研究,尤其是神经损伤动物模型的相关研究,是神经损伤相关研究中必不可少的基础环节.神经损伤实验可以有效地模拟神经损伤的临床过程,明确不同类型神经损伤的发生发展机制,探索如何避免进一步的继发损伤及如何更好地进行神经修复、再生提供了重要依据,进而指导临床治疗.本文将对神经损伤实验研究现状进行述评,并对神经损伤实验的应用范畴进行展望.

abstractsNerve injury is one relatively common clinical type of trauma,which is different to treat and repair.Experiments researches of nerve injury,especially the researches of animal models about the nerve injury,are the essential steps for the study of nerve injury.Experiments of nerve injury can simulate the clinical process of nerve injury,provide the important evidences for elucidating mechanisms of different types of nerve injury,explore the way how to avoid further secondary injury and how to conduct nerve reparation and regeneration.This article will review the research status of nerve injury experiments,also the application scope of which will be prospected.
