摘要胰腺癌是死亡率极高的消化道恶性肿瘤,近年来发病率逐年升高,严重困扰着国民健康.几十年来,虽然手术技巧和安全性明显提高,但是胰腺癌患者的生存率并没有取得突破性进展.加强胰腺癌诊治领域的热点、难点问题的实验研究,从而使研究成果转化为临床应用,最终使患者受益.本文分别从分子和细胞两个层面,对近年来胰腺癌实验研究的进展做一综述.

abstractsPancreatic cancer is a malignant neoplasm of digestive system with high mortality rate.Its incidence increases year by year, which can plague national health.For decades, although the surgical skills and safety have significantly improved, the survival rate of pancreatic cancer has not made substantial breakthrough.It's important to strengthen the experimental research in key areas and successfully translate research into improved clinical outcomes, which prolongs the survival time of patients.This paper mainly describes the current situation, progress and prospect in both molecular level and cellular level of pancreatic cancer research.
