摘要基于银和氧化锌的分别具有高效的、广谱的、安全的、绿色的抗菌性能,载银氧化锌抗菌涂层的研究已经成为现在抗菌材料事业的热点,但是目前不同的学者对载银氧化锌抗菌涂层的抗菌机制有着不同的见解和认识.我们查阅了近些年来国内外载银氧化锌抗菌涂层的性能及抗菌机制的一些研究进展.文中详细的从破坏细菌细胞的完整性、阻断细菌的腺苷三磷酸(ATP)及DNA复制、产生活性氧以及氧化锌独特的光催化抗菌4个方面阐述了载银氧化锌抗菌涂层的抗菌机制.我们从文中指出载银氧化锌抗菌涂层的抗菌过程受多种机制的共同的影响,得出载银氧化锌抗菌涂层的抗菌过程比较复杂,更深层次的研究抗菌中银和氧化锌的作用方式和抗菌的机制以及影响因素将会有助于载银氧化锌抗菌涂层的广泛应用.

abstractsStudy on the antimicrobial of Ag/ZnO coating already become one of the research focuses in Antibacterial material business,which Ag and ZnO have Efficient,broad spectrum,safe,green antibacterial properties.But at present,different scholars have different views and understanding on the antibacterial properties and antibacterial mechanism of the antimicrobial of Ag/ZnO coating.In this paper,the recent research progress of antibacterial properties and antibacterial mechanism of the antimicrobial of Ag/ZnO coating at home and abroad in recent years were reviewed.In this paper,the antibacterial mechanism of the antimicrobial of Ag/ZnO coating was elaborated in detail from 4 aspects:the destruction of the integrity of bacterial cells,the blocking of bacterial ATP and DNA replication,the generation of reactive oxygen species and the unique photocatalytic antibacterial activity of ZnO.The author points out that the antimicrobial process of the antimicrobial of Ag/ZnO coating is affected by various mechanisms.It is concluded that the antibacterial process of the antimicrobial of Ag/ZnO coating is more complicated,study the mode of action of deeper Ag and ZnO antibacterial and antibacterial mechanism and the influential factors will be helpful to widely used the antimicrobial of Ag/ZnO coating.
