摘要目的:探讨中心体相关蛋白激酶2(NEK2)和高迁移率蛋白A2(HMGA2)在乳腺癌组织中的表达水平及其临床意义。方法:收集东阳市妇幼保健院2011年1月至2019年6月收治的79例乳腺癌组织和癌旁组织标本应用免疫组织化学法检测NEK2和HMGA2的表达水平，组间比较采用 χ2检验。 结果:乳腺癌组织中的NEK2表达率为70.89%(56/79)，明显高于癌旁组织NEK2表达率24.05%(19/79)，差异有统计学意义( t＝34.747， P<0.01)；NEK2表达水平与乳腺癌组织学分级、肿瘤大小、TNM分期、淋巴结转移明显相关( t＝8.985、7.429、8.871、7.221， P<0.05)。乳腺癌组织中的HMGA2表达率为63.29%(50/79)，明显高于癌旁组织HMGA2表达率27.85%(22/79)，差异有统计学意义( t＝ 20.005， P<0.01)；HMGA2表达水平与乳腺癌组织学分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移明显相关( t＝ 7.570、8.662、11.293， P<0.05)。 结论:乳腺癌组织中NEK2和HMGA2呈高表达，可用于评估乳腺癌组织学分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移情况。

abstractsObjective:To explore the expression of NIMA-related kinase2 (NEK2), High mobility group A2 (HMGA2) and the clinical significance of breast carcinoma.Methods:From january 2011 to june 2019, 79 pairs of human breast carcinoma tissues and non-cancerous adjacent breast tissues (5 cm distance away from the margin of breast carcinoma) in dongyang maternity And child care hospital were examined the expression of NEK2 and HMGA2 by using immunohistochemical method.Results:The expression rate of NEK2 expression was 70.89% (56/79) in breast carcinoma tissues, higher than 24.05% (19/79) of non-cancerous adjacent breast tissues with significant difference ( t=34.747, P<0.01), the expressions of NEK2 were related breast carcinoma to histology grade, tumor size, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (Respectively, t=8.985, 7.429, 8.871, 7.221, P<0.05). the expression rate of HMGA2 expression was 63.29% (50/79) in breast carcinoma tissues, higher than 27.85% (22/79) of non-cancerous adjacent breast tissues with significant difference ( t= 20.005, P<0.01), the expressions of HMGA2 were related breast carcinoma to histology grade, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (Respectively, t= 7.570, 8.662, 11.293, P<0.05). Conclusion:NEK2 and HMGA2 are highly expressed in breast carcinoma, their levels can be used to evaluate histology grade, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis of patients with breast carcinoma.
