摘要铁死亡是近年来发现的一种不同于细胞凋亡、自噬与坏死的一种铁依赖性细胞死亡方式。铁死亡主要由于细胞内脂质过氧化物的积聚导致细胞损伤。最近的研究结果显示铁死亡与肌肉消耗性疾病的发生发展密切相关。本文概述了铁死亡的发现与机制以及铁死亡与不同肌肉消耗性疾病之间的关系，为临床上肌肉消耗性疾病的治疗提供新的思路与方向。

abstractsFerroptosis is an iron-dependent mode of cell death different from apoptosis, autophagy and necrosis discovered in recent years. The main cause of ferroptosis leading to cell damage is the accumulation of intracellular lipid peroxides. Recent studies have found that ferroptosis is closely related to the development of muscle wasting diseases. This article reviews the discovery and mechanism of ferroptosis and the relationship between ferroptosis and different muscle wasting diseases, providing new ideas and directions for the treatment of muscle wasting diseases in clinical practice.
