摘要近年研究证实,母乳中存在不同分化阶段的干细胞,包括多能干细胞、造血干细胞和间充质干细胞等.人乳干细胞组成存在个体差异,且受分娩孕周、泌乳阶段等多因素影响.通过母乳喂养进入子代的母乳干细胞也许可以促进婴儿的生长发育.同时,人乳干细胞具有多向分化潜能,未来可能作为干细胞替代治疗的新来源,具有广泛临床应用前景.现就上述几个方面的内容展开综述.

abstractsRecent studies have revealed that human milk harbors stem cells at various stages of differentiation,including pluripotent stem cells,hematopoietic stem cells and mesenchymal stem cells.The stem cellular components of human milk with high interindividual variability are affected by gestational age and lactation stages.The maternal stem cells which pass to the infant through human milk could help boost offspring growth and development.Human milk stem cell with multi-directional differentiation potential may be a new source of stem cell replacement therapy in the future.We hereby review the latest progress in human milk stem cells from these aspects.
