摘要子宫动脉栓塞术是放射介入技术应用于妇产科疾病治疗的一种方法，目前常用的产科情况包括剖宫产瘢痕妊娠、宫颈妊娠、严重产后出血等。但子宫动脉栓塞术存在一些并发症，有些并发症可导致女性丧失生育力，甚至致残、致死。本文根据子宫动脉栓塞术后并发症发生的时间顺序，将之分为3类，即术后24 h以内的并发症、早发型并发症和迟发型并发症，以提醒临床医生选择此术式需严格把握适应证，在术后对患者不同阶段出现的异常情况进行及时诊断和治疗。

abstractsUterine artery embolization (UAE) is an invasive radiological technique applied in treatment of gynecological and obstetric problems. Cesarean scar pregnancy, cervical pregnancy, and severe postpartum hemorrhage are common obstetric conditions that may require UAE. However, UAE could also cause various complications in clinical practice, some of which can lead to infertility in women, and even disability and death. According to the onset time, the complications are divided into three categories, namely onset-within-24-hour, early-onset, and late-onset complications in this review. Clinicians should be aware of and provide timely management of these complications when using this technique.
