换一批摘要为更好地规范和指导我国双胎妊娠的临床诊治工作，中华医学会围产医学分会胎儿医学学组联合中华医学会妇产科学分会产科学组基于近5年发表的国内外双胎相关文献、指南及专家共识，围绕原指南梳理的临床问题,采用GRADE方法对系统评价的证据质量和推荐强度分级,对2015年版本的双胎指南推荐或专家共识进行更新。

abstractsTo better standardize and guide the clinical practice for the management of twin pregnancy in China, the 2015 version of the guideline, published in Chinese Journal of Perinatal Medicine, is updated by Fetal Medicine Subgroup, Chinese Society of Perinatal Medicine, Chinese Medical Association, and Obstetrics Subgroup, Chinese Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Chinese Medical Association. According to the GRADE classification system, new recommendations and consensus are developed based on the latest relevant references published in the past five years.
