Effects of antenatal corticosteroids exposure on multiple systems of preterm infants: a review
摘要有早产风险的孕妇接受产前糖皮质激素(antenatal corticosteroids,ACS)治疗能显著降低新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征和坏死性小肠结肠炎等早产相关并发症的发生风险。然而ACS治疗可能对早产儿神经系统、心血管系统和糖代谢等产生不良影响,且ACS对早产儿各系统发育潜在影响的研究结论尚不一致。本文综述ACS治疗对早产儿神经、心血管和内分泌等系统的近远期影响的研究进展,以指导临床实践和科学研究。

abstractsAdministration of antenatal corticosteroids (ACS) to pregnant women at risk of preterm delivery can significantly reduce the incidence of preterm-related complications, such as respiratory distress syndrome and necrotizing enterocolitis. However, ACS may have adverse effects on multiple systems including nervous system, cardiovascular system and carbohydrate metabolism in preterm infants. Whether ACS could influence neonatal development is still controversial. On this account, this review, focusing on short- and long-term effects of ACS therapy on nervous, cardiovascular, endocrine and other systems of infants born prematurely, will help clinical management and scientific research.
