摘要本文报道了1例胎儿期发现、新生儿期确诊的鼻腔纤维脂肪瘤病例。孕24周超声检查发现胎儿左侧鼻孔处等回声结节，孕期动态观察，结节未见明显增大。胎龄38周因“因妊娠合并亚临床甲状腺功能减低、胎膜早破”剖宫产出生。生后3个月行手术切除结节，病理检查确诊为纤维脂肪瘤。术后11个月婴儿随访未见复发。

abstractsThis paper reported a case of fibrolipoma of the nasal cavity that was found in the fetal period and confirmed in the neonatal period. At 24 weeks of gestation, echoic nodules were found in the left nostril of the fetus. Dynamic observation during pregnancy showed no significant change in the nodules. The patient was delivered by cesarean section due to pregnancy complicated by subclinical hypothyroidism and premature rupture of membranes at 38 weeks of gestation. Three months after birth, the nodules were surgically removed and the pathological examination indicated fibrolipoma. No recurrence was observed during follow-up at 11 months after surgery.
