Interpretation of “Expert consensus on the option of surgical management of hepatocelluar carcinoma”
摘要肝癌的外科治疗发展迅速，局部消融、腹腔镜、机器人等相继应用于临床，外科治疗的适应证也在不断拓宽。中华医学会外科学分会肝脏外科学组结合近年国外的相关指南制定了《肝细胞癌外科治疗方法的选择专家共识》，本文从肿瘤分类、手术方式和治疗方式选择等方面对共识进行了解读。

abstractsThe surgical management of liver cancer has evolved rapidly. With the application of new technologies, such as regional ablation, laparoscopic and robotic surgery, surgery indications have been broadened. Based on the relevant guidelines for hepatocellular carcinoma published abroad in recent years, this paper gives interpretation of “Expert consensus on the option of surgical management of hepatocelluar carcinoma” made by Liver Surgery Group,Surgery Branch of Chinese Medical Association.
