摘要微量元素是生物体内含量极少但必需的一些元素,是机体有效利用葡萄糖、脂肪供能及合成蛋白质的基础,是肠外营养支持方案的必要组成部分.欧洲、美国、澳大利亚的学术组织均提出肠外营养中应常规添加静脉用多种微量元素制剂,并先后发表了关于成人肠外营养多种微量元素日需要量的推荐建议.中华医学会肠外肠内营养学分会基于循证医学原则、参考国内外最新研究结果和共识指南意见,制定本共识,包括肠外营养微量元素补充的推荐剂量,严重创伤和围手术期患者、危重症与中重度烧伤患者、肿瘤患者、肝病患者和儿科患者等接受肠外营养时应用微量元素的指导和建议.

abstractsTrace elements are dietary elements which are needed in very minute quantities for the proper growth,development,and physiology of the organism,which play a crucial part in energy metabolism and material transformation. It′s generally agreed that trace elements are essential components of parenteral nutrition. These societies for parenteral and enteral nutrition in Europe, the United States and Australia proposed that various trace elements should be provided daily from commencement for all patients receiving parenteral nutrition and published some guidelines on adult trace elements recommendations for parenteral nutrition. This consensus is commissioned by the Chinese Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition,based on the principles of evidence-based medicine. This consensus summarizes the latest available evidence and refers to some recommendations in guidelines both at home and abroad. The detailed evidence-based recommendations include the recommended dose for trace elements supplement of parenteral nutrition by international societies,severe traumatic and perioperative patients, critically ill patients and major burns, cancer patients,liver disease patients,pediatric patients and other parts.The goal is to provide guidance and advice about the supplement of trace elements for patients receiving parenteral nutrition.
