摘要人工关节置换术后假体周围感染(PJI)是骨科医师关注的焦点和面临的挑战.对PJI的准确诊断及合理治疗是应对挑战的关键.目前,PJI的诊断主要依据临床表现、关节液生化检查、病原菌培养及生物标志物四个方面.近年来,新的病原菌培养方法和特异的生物标志物是PJI研究的热点.治疗上,二期翻修仍是“金标准”,但国内外越来越多的诊疗中心开始接受并尝试一期翻修.

abstractsPeriprosthetic joint infection (PJI) as an insurmountable challenge has always represented a serious concern for orthopedic surgeons.Accurate diagnosis and reasonable treatment of PJI are the keys to deal with this challenge.The diagnosis of PJI is mainly based on clinical manifestations,joint fluid biochemistry,pathogen culture and biomarkers at present.New pathogen culture methods and specific biomarkers in recent years are hot topics in PJI research.In terms of treatment,two-stage revision is still considered to be the ‘gold standard'protocol.However,more and more centers around the world have begun to accept and try one-stage revision as a treatment for PJI.
