摘要各种膜性结构遍布人体全身，认识和了解这些膜性结构对外科医师具有重要意义。近年来随着膜学说的兴起，膜解剖在腹部肿瘤特别是胃肠道肿瘤的治疗中得到广泛认可。临床实践中根据需要合理选择膜内或膜外解剖，能更好地实现精准手术。本文结合现阶段研究成果，综述膜解剖在肝胆胰脾外科领域的应用现状和进展，希望能为临床研究提供思路。

With the rise of membrane theory in recent years,membrane anatomy has been widely recognized in the treatment of abdominal tumors,especially of gastrointestinal tumors. In clinical practice. The appropriate choice of intramembranous or extramembranous anatomy is appropriate to achieve precision surgery. Based on the current research results,this article described the application of membrane anatomy in the field of hepatobiliary surgery,pancreatic surgery,and splenic surgery,with the aim of blazed the path from modest beginnings.
