摘要目的：:研究帕金森病（PD）自主神经系统（ANS）功能障碍的变化。方法：:以心率变异光谱分析法定量测定37例PD患者和31例健康对照者的ANS功能，并观察病程、病情严重性及抗帕金森治疗对ANS功能的影响。结果：:病程在5年以下的PD患者，仅存在交感神经功能低下，而5年以上者同时存在交感和副交感神经功能低下，随着病程的延长及病情严重性的增加，交感及副交感神经功能低下的程度亦越重；抗帕金森治疗和非抗帕金森治疗PD患者ANS活性一致。

abstractsObjective::To study autonomic impairment in Parkinson disease (PD) .Methods::Spectral analysis of heart rate variability in supine and standing positions were performed in 37 patients with PD and 31 healthy volunteers in order to evaluate the function of autonomic nervous sytem (ANS) quantitatively. The influence of duration, severity and anti-Parkinson medication on autonomic involvement was assessed. Results; The patients with PD lasting 5 years or less showed an impairment of the sympathetic function only. While the patients with PD lasting more than 5 years showed both parasympathetic and sympathetic dysfunctions. With the development of the duration and severity, the sympathetic and parasympathetic hypofunction became even more serious. No significant difference was found on ANS between anti-Parkinson medicated and unmedicated patients. The mechenism and the significance were also discussed.
