摘要环境监测作为一种新兴的病毒学监测方法,目前已在脊髓灰质炎病毒等肠道病毒监测方面得到成功应用.由于我国胃肠炎病毒病例监测的缺失,环境监测有望成为胃肠炎病毒的重要监测途径.目前国内关于胃肠炎病毒环境监测的研究较少,而国外已进行较深入的探索.本文将结合国内外研究情况,对胃肠炎病毒环境监测的方法、应用等方面进行综述,为其在国内的开展提供依据.

abstractsAs a novel approach to monitor the molecular epidemiology of viruses, environmental surveillance has been successfully performed in polio eradication.Due to the lack of case-based surveillance, environmental surveillance is expected to be an important monitoring method for viral gastroenteritis in Chi-na.To date, there is limited information on environmental surveillance for gastroenteritis viruses in China. However, it has been conducted well in foreign countries.Here, we reviewed studies on environmental sur-veillance for gastroenteritis viruses in order to provide the guidance for its development in China.
