摘要病毒样颗粒(virus-like particles,VLP)是由病毒的一个或多个结构蛋白在表达系统内重组表达,并自行组装形成不含病毒遗传物质且不能复制、不具有感染能力的病毒样蛋白颗粒。VLP因具有和天然病毒颗粒类似的空间立体结构,可通过和病毒感染一样的途径提呈给免疫细胞,有效地诱导机体产生免疫保护反应。本文就目前VLP疫苗在预防疾病方面的研究进展,以及VLP疫苗基于目的基因选择、结构确证、生产质控对免疫原性影响的研究进展进行综述。

abstractsVirus-like particles (VLP) are composed of one or more viral structural proteins produced by recombinant expression system and self-assembling to structures lacking viral genetic material and withoutr eplication and infectious ability. VLP can be presented to immune cells in the same way as virus infection due to its spatial three-dimensional structure similar to that of natural viral particles, which can effectively induce immune protection response. This paper briefly introduced the progress of VLP vaccines in disease prevention, as well as the effects of target gene selection, structure confirmation and production quality control on the immunogenicity of VLP vaccines.
