摘要周围动脉腔内治疗技术近年来取得了较大进展。药物涂层球囊（DCB）的出现，给外周动脉尤其是膝下动脉的治疗带来了新的思路。近年来，随着国内外膝下DCB临床研究的开展，发现其在临床有效性及安全性方面存在广泛争议，亟需通过更多规范化的大规模临床试验进行探究。本文对目前DCB治疗膝下动脉闭塞性疾病的研究现状和进展进行综述。

abstractsIn recent years, significant advances have been made in the endovascular treatment of peripheral artery disease. The application of drug-coated balloons (DCBs) has revolutionized the treatment of peripheral artery disease, especially in the infrapopliteal arteries. However, with the development of a large number of relevant clinical studies at home and abroad, it has been found that the clinical effectiveness and safety of DCBs in infrapopliteal arteries are widely controversial, and more standardized large-scale clinical trials are needed to explore. This article provides an overview of the current research status and progress in using DCBs for infrapopliteal artery occlusive disease.
