摘要髂内动脉重建的必要性已越来越被深刻地认识和重视。面对解剖形态复杂多样的髂动脉病变，诸多创新技术应用于临床。本文介绍现阶段髂内动脉重建的主要技术，包括保留髂内动脉的“喇叭腿”技术、平行支架技术、商品化髂动脉分支器材等，同时对各技术的临床结果及潜在问题进行分析，最后从器材创新和数据库建立两方面展望该领域的未来发展。

abstractsThe necessity of internal iliac artery reconstruction has been increasingly recognized and valued. In the context of complex and various anatomical morphologies of iliac artery lesions, numerous innovative techniques have been adopted in clinical practice. This paper aims to introduce the main approaches of internal iliac artery reconstruction at the current stage, including the bell-bottom technique for preserving the internal iliac artery, the parallel stent technique, and the commercially available iliac branch devices. An analysis of the clinical outcomes and inherent challenges associated with these techniques was also presented. Finally, the paper looks ahead to future developments in this domain in terms of equipment innovation and database establishment.
