摘要胆宁片于1991年上市，是上海地区首个获批的国家三类新药中成药制剂，已成为临床治疗慢性胆囊炎和胆石症的常用药物。为规范胆宁片的临床应用，指导临床医师合理用药，中华医学会消化病学分会功能性胃肠病协作组组织消化科临床专家撰写本共识。在结合循证证据和专家临床经验的基础上，共形成13条推荐意见，针对胆宁片在慢性胆囊炎、胆石症、胆囊切除术后综合征、消化不良等疾病中的应用提出规范化建议。

abstractsDanning tablet was launched on the market in 1991. As the first approved national new traditional Chinese medicine (category Ⅲ) in Shanghai, it is commonly used in the clinical treatment of chronic cholecystitis and cholelithiasis. In order to standardize and rationalize the clinical application of Danning tablet, the Functional Gastrointestinal Disease Group, Chinese Society of Gastroenterology, Chinese Medical Association organized clinical experts in the gastroenteroligical field to compile this consensus. On the basis of evidence-based medicine and experts′ clinical experience, a total of 13 recommendations were formed, putting forward standardized suggestions for the application of Danning tablet in diseases such as chronic cholecystitis, cholelithiasis, postcholecystectomy syndrome, and dyspepsia.
