摘要穿支皮瓣是近30年来皮瓣外科领域兴起的一种新型皮瓣外科技术,它使皮瓣更加精细、美观,符合微创外科新理念,目前在临床应用十分盛行。然而,传统的穿支皮瓣移植存在切取面积有限,不适合超长创面、宽大创面或合并死腔创面修复,部分皮瓣仍显臃肿、需要牺牲受区主干血管等问题,限制了穿支皮瓣的临床应用。特殊形式穿支皮瓣是在传统穿支皮瓣基础上衍生而来,进一步丰富了穿支皮瓣的内涵,扩大了穿支皮瓣的适应证。本文回顾特殊形式穿支皮瓣的历史发展演变,总结了特殊形式穿支皮瓣近年来在临床的应用进展,旨在进一步促进特殊形式穿支皮瓣在复杂创面修复中的应用与发展。

abstractsPerforator flaps became popular in past 30 years due to the minimum donor site morbidity and good aesthetically contour. Limitations are found in the use of traditional perforator flap, such as limited surface area, unsuitable for repairing super-long wounds, extensive wound and wounds accompanying with dead space, etc. Special form of perforator flap is derived from the perforator flap. It overcomes the shortcomings of traditional perforator flaps, such as less donor-site morbidity, thinner flap, better patient satisfaction and without severe complications in the recipient area. In addition it further improves the clinical curative effect and enhances the value and the applications of perforator flaps. In this article, the historical development and evolution of special form perforator flaps are reviewed, and the clinical applications of the special form perforator flap in recent years are summarised, for the purpose to promote the application and development of special form perforator flap in the reconstruction of complex soft tissue defects.
