摘要2021年3月，西安凤城医院手足显微外科收治1例左前臂节段性毁损手离断伤的46岁患者，急诊行左手再植，血管、神经、肌腱探查修复加骨移植加股前外侧嵌合组织皮瓣修复术。术后肢体、皮瓣成活，早期行康复功能锻炼。术后9个月随访，触觉、痛觉、温度觉均恢复，腕关节功能位融合，手指部分功能恢复，患侧肢体可配合健侧肢体完成日常生活。

abstractsIn March 2021, a 46-year old patient who had a traumatically amputated hand with a disfigurement injury of left forearm was admitted to the Department of Hand and Foot Microsurgery, Xi'an Fengcheng Hospital. An emergency surgery was carried out to replant the severed left hand. The surgery included exploration and repair of blood vessels, nerves and tendons, transfer of bone graft as well as reconstruction of soft tissue defects with anterolateral femoral chimeric flap. The replanted hand and transferred flap survived after surgery. Early rehabilitation was conducted. At 9 months postoperative follow-up, the sensations of touch, pain and temperature were recovered. The wrist was in a fused functional position. Function of some digits were restored, and the affected limb could cooperate with the healthy limb to complete the activities of daily life.
