摘要目的 评价Y形心外管道Fontan手术后近期血流动力学效果.方法 2013年2月至2014年6月,采用Y形心外管道Fontan手术治疗5例功能单心室患儿.术后复查超声心动图、CT三维重建,应用锝一大颗粒聚集合蛋白肺灌注显像观察肺血分布.结果 全组无死亡或Fontan手术管道拆除,无并发症.术后超声心动图结果满意,肺灌注显像观察下腔静脉血肺内分布理想.结论 Y形心外管道Fontan手术可取得满意的近期外科治疗效果.

abstractsObjective To study the postoperative hemodynamic results of Y type extracardiac conduit fontan operation.Methods Between February 2013 and June 2014 five patients with complex congenital heart disease underwent Y type extracardiac conduit fontan operation Tomographic scan and echocaediogram.pulmonary computed blood scan perfused by TC-MAA were checked after operation Results There were no early postoperative death and no conduit removed.The results of echocaediogram and Tomographic were satisfactory.the pulmonary perfusion imaging showed an appropriate distribution of blood blow of inferior venae cava.Conclusion Y type extracardiac conduit fontan operation may have a satisfactory surgical result.Y type extracardiac conduit fontan operation may be an ideal procedure for some selecred patients.
