摘要目的:构建一种评估肺挫伤的新方法。方法:回顾2021年6月1日至2022年3月1日上海市第六人民医院收治的肺挫伤胸外伤患者的临床资料。制订纳入、排除标准。入组患者分别用杨氏指数法和体积重建法评估肺挫伤程度。并将两种方法的计算结果进行相关性分析。结果:65例患者入组。体积重建法组肺挫伤比值0.08~0.62,平均0.16±0.12,杨氏指数法组肺挫伤比值0.14~1.10,平均0.32±0.22。杨氏指数法与体积重建法计算结果呈线性相关。结论:杨氏指数法计算方法简便,计算结果可信,可以作为一种评估肺挫伤的新方法。
