摘要脑损伤是心脏外科围手术期最严重的并发症之一，其发生率远高于其他非心脏手术，常导致患者治疗效果不佳、预后不良。为了降低心脏外科围手术期脑损伤的发生率，改善患者预后并提高患者生活质量，中华医学会胸心血管外科学分会组织国内心脏外科、神经内科、神经外科、麻醉科、重症监护科的医学专家，参考国内、外相关共识、指南、论著等，结合中国临床实际，分别总结了手术治疗先天性心脏病、冠状动脉疾病、主动脉疾病、心脏瓣膜疾病相关的脑损伤防治策略，以及脑保护装置的应用，旨在帮助临床医师提高心脏外科围手术期脑损伤防治水平。

abstractsBrain injury is one of the most serious complications in the perioperative period of cardiac surgery, with an incidence rate significantly higher than that of other non-cardiac surgeries. It leads to poor clinical treatment effect and poor prognosis. In order to reduce the incidence of perioperative brain injury in cardiac surgery, improve prognosis, and enhance quality of life, Chinese Society for Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery has invited experts of cardiac surgery, neurology, neurosurgery, anesthesiology, and critical care to summarize relevant domestic and international consensus, guidelines, and literature, and have combined them with clinical practices in China to summarize strategies for the prevention and treatment of brain injury related to surgeries for congenital heart disease, coronary artery disease, aortic disease, and heart valve disease, as well as the application of cerebral protection devices. It aims to assist clinicians in improving the prevention and treatment of brain injury during the perioperative period in cardiac surgery.
