摘要移植后淋巴组织增殖性疾病(PTLD)是实体器官移植(SOT)和异基因造血干细胞移植(allo-HSCT)后发生的淋巴组织肿瘤.造血干细胞移植后发生获得性血友病(AHA)非常罕见,目前国外报道仅2例[1-2].笔者报告我中心收治的1例单倍型造血干细胞移植(haplo-HSCT)后合并PTLD和AHA患者并复习相关文献.
