摘要眼底照相与血管造影、光相干断层扫描、超声及其他影像技术和视觉电生理技术的应用,为小儿视网膜疾病诊断治疗以及病理机制探索提供了丰富的信息.但由于小儿解剖生理、生长发育阶段的特殊性以及小儿视网膜疾病发生发展、临床表现与转归机制与成人眼底疾病的差异,对于小儿眼底影像设备和检查操作技术提出了有别于成人的更高要求;临床工作中也不能将成人眼底影像检查结果诠释的原则和方法简单套用于小儿视网膜疾病眼底影像检查中.需要相关临床以及技术研发应用人员共同不懈努力,深入研究儿童适宜的眼底影像检查应用技术,逐步建立小儿视网膜疾病相关影像和视觉电生理规范化、标准化的检查和临床释义体系,促进儿童眼底影像功能检查技术临床应用的普及与规范,推动我国小儿视网膜疾病诊断治疗水平的不断提高.

abstractsFundus photograph,angiography,optical coherence tomography,ultrasonography and other image technology and visual electrophysiology can provide a wealth of information for the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric retinal diseases.However,it put forward higher requirements on pediatric retinal imaging equipment and techniques which will be quite different from adult,because of pediatric retinal disease has its own characteristics,such as disease spectrum,pathogenesis,and pathophysiology.The principles and methods of image results interpretation on adult were not quite ready for children.It is necessary to further study the fundus imaging techniques suitable for children,gradually establish standardized examination procedures and clinical interpretation system,to promote the diagnosis of retinopathy in children.
