换一批超广角荧光素眼底血管造影在视网膜疾病诊断治疗中的应用研究现状
Applications of ultra-wide-field fluorescein angiography in the diagnosis and treatment of retinal diseases
摘要超广角荧光素眼底血管造影（UWFA）是近年新发展的眼底影像学检查技术。具有超广角视野、操作简便快捷、易于检查、安全可靠等优越性；单次成像即可观测200°范围眼底，可以完整地呈现传统荧光素眼底血管造影（FFA）观察不到的周边眼底，并且可以比传统FFA更早期发现视网膜周边病变。UWFA对于累及周边部视网膜的疾病如糖尿病视网膜病变、老年性黄斑变性、视网膜静脉阻塞、葡萄膜炎等疾病的筛查、诊断、指导治疗和随访有重要意义。

abstractsUltra-wide-field fluorescein angiography (UWFA) is a novel breakthrough in ocular fundus imaging technology, which can capture a single, high-resolution, 200° wide image of the ocular fundus that traditional fluorescein angiography cannot reach. This technology has important impacts on the screening, diagnosis, staging, treatment and follow-up of vascular diseases involving peripheral retina (such as diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, retinal vein occlusion, uveitis and so on).
