摘要单一暴露与健康结局关联的研究，较为片面，不能系统揭示真正病因。目前，有研究开始探索暴露组与健康结局的关联，但因困于暴露组数据庞大、暴露因素之间存在相关性等多种问题，依然缺乏有效的方法分析暴露组与健康结局的关联。本文通过对既往文献进行综述，梳理暴露组与健康结局关联的分析方法，指出不可知论方法结合中间层信息能显著降低假阳性率，为准确识别广泛暴露因素中健康结局的影响因素提供参考。

abstractsThe research on the relationship between single exposure and health outcomes is not comprehensive without a capability of systematically revealing the cause. At present, some studies have explored the relationship between exposome and health outcomes. However, due to the large data of exposome and the correlation among exposure factors, there is still a lack of effective methods to analyze the relationship between exposome and health outcomes. This study reviews the previous literature, combs the analysis methods of the relationship between exposome and health outcomes, and points out that agnosticism combined with middle-level information can significantly reduce the false positive rate, so as to provide a reference for accurately identifying the influencing factors of health outcomes in extensive exposome.
