摘要近些年，临床用药增多，药物不良反应发生率逐渐增高。当前因药物过敏的诊断方法和标准不明确，导致临床上对这类患者难以有效的进行预防和管理。药物过敏流行病学统计中，发病率既存在录入缺失导致的真实患者数量降低，也存在仅凭自我报告或皮肤试验进行确诊的过度诊断。因此，为提高医务工作者对药物过敏的认识和规范药物过敏的诊疗、预防及管理，经相关领域临床专家协商，结合国内外药物过敏相关文献、诊疗指南及临床实践经验，制定了本中国专家共识，旨在对药物过敏的诊断和预防，向临床医生提供可参考的建议与意见。

abstractsCurrently, the incidence of clinical adverse drug reactions has gradually increased due to the increase in clinical medication. Due to the undefined diagnostic approaches and standards of drug allergy, it is difficult to prevent and manage effectively in clinical practice. In the epidemiological statistics of drug allergy, the incidence rate is often affected by two situations, resulting in deviations. Therefore, clinical experts in relevant fields, combined with domestic and foreign literature, drafted this expert Consensus for improving the clinical staff′s understanding of drug allergy and standardize the diagnosis, prevention and management standards of drug allergy. This consensus aims to give practical recommendations to clinicians on the diagnosis and prevention of drug allergy.
