摘要糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)是一种难于逆转的致盲性眼病.鉴于目前我国治疗严重、复杂DR的医疗资源非常有限,因此,有必要将防盲工作的重点转移到DR的早期防治方面.但由于我国DR防治体系相对薄弱,尚缺乏根据循证医学原则所制定的恰当的防治指南,故广泛开展DR的早期防治工作尚面临较多困难.为此,充分认识DR早期防治的必要性和重要性,积极推广DR国际分型标准,采用公共卫生的途径,从初级卫生保健抓起,多方通力协作,加强其早期防治的实践和研究工作,将成为各级政府和DR防治工作者所面临的一项重要任务.

abstractsDiabetic retinopathy is a complication of diabetes which is difficult to reverse and can result in blindness.Ophthalmologists in China are facing quite a challenge according to the weak prevention and treatment system of DR.At present,the emphasis should be placed on the early prevention and treatment,but the appropriate guidelines founded on evidence-based medicine still have been absent.Currently,we should deeply realize the problems existing in early prevention and treatment of DR in China,fully recognize the necessity and importance of it,actively spread the new international classification,adopt the ways of public health,start by primary health care and fully cooperate with different fields of the society to strengthen the practice and research work on the early prevention and treatment of DR.
