摘要转化医学是近年来国际医学领域出现的新概念,其主要目的是为了打破基础医学与临床医学之间同有的屏障,在其间建立起关联,把基础研究获得的知识和成果快速转化为临床应用.目前国外已有转化医学在多个领域应用的成果报道.而在国内,转换医学的发展尚在起步阶段,促进其在眼科的开展将为眼科研究的发展带来新契机.本文就转化医学的概念和发展,及在眼科领域的应用,作一综述.(中华眼科杂志,2009,45:276-279)

abstractsTranslational medicine is a new concept in the field of international medicine that aims to reduce barriers and build relationships between clinical and basic research,and to translate scientific knowledge and research production into practical applications.Recently,the developments in the study of translational medicine in many fields have been reported abroad.However,the development of translational medicine is in the initial stage in China.A turning point will be brought to ophthalmic research by improving the development of translational research.This review introduces the concept and development of translational medicine as well as the recent advances in the studies of translational medicine in ophthalmology.(Chin J Ophthalmol,2009,45:276-279)
