摘要随着白内障手术技巧的进展,连续环形撕囊作为一种较理想的技术广泛应用于超声乳化白内障吸除术.而囊袋皱缩综合征是自连续环形撕囊技术应用后才被认识的一种现象.它可影响视觉质量,阻碍对眼底的观察,导致晶状体脱位等.目前,对其发病原因,尤其是人工晶状体对囊袋皱缩的影响尚不完全清楚,临床上也缺乏确实有效的预防措施.本文就其原因、影响因素、防治方法等进行综述.

abstractsWith the progress of cataract surgery skills,continuous capsulorhexis as an ideal technology is widely applied to phacoemulsification.However capsular contraction syndrome is a phenomenon after the continuous capsulorhexis technology was applied.It can affect visual quality,the observation of fundus,cause lens dislocation,etc.At present,the etiology,especially for intraocular lens on the influence of capsular contraction is not entirely clear.There is also a lack of effective prevention methods clinically.Its pathology,influencing factors,prevention and treatment were reviewed in this paper.
