摘要视网膜血氧测定仪是近年来开始用于眼科疾病诊疗和研究的仪器,可以直接检测视网膜的血氧饱和度,有望为眼科医师更深入地了解眼科疾病提供了新的途径和角度,并阐明视网膜缺血对其功能的影响.目前文献已经报道,视网膜血氧测定仪在包括糖尿病性视网膜病变、视网膜中央动静脉阻塞、视网膜色素变性及青光眼性视神经病变等在内的多种眼病的诊断和治疗中有潜在价值.本文就视网膜血氧测定仪在眼科疾病中的应用进展进行综述.

abstractsRetinal oximeter is a new machine which has been used in the diagnose, treatment and research of several ophthalmic diseases for recent years.It allows ophthalmologists to gain retinal oxygen saturation directly.Therefore, retinal oximeter might be useful for ophthalmologists to understand ophthalmic diseases more deeper and clarify the impact of ischemia on retinal function.It has been reported in the literatures that retinal oximeter has potentially useful diagnostic and therapeutic indications in various eye diseases such as diabetic retinopathy, central retinal vein and artery occlusion, retinitis pigmentosa, glaucomatous optic neuropathy, et al.In this thesis, the application of retinal oximeter in ophthalmology is reviewed.
