摘要眼内异物伤是一种特殊类型的眼外伤，不仅造成眼球机械性损伤，也可因眼内异物存留引起眼部一系列病理改变，严重威胁视功能。近年来随着医学影像学技术进步，眼内异物伤诊断水平明显提高；眼科显微手术技术的进步与普及，尤其玻璃体视网膜手术技术的不断提高，使眼内异物取出的成功率明显上升。为进一步规范眼内异物伤救治的原则和方法，中华医学会眼科学分会眼外伤学组经过认真讨论，达成共识性意见，以供眼科医师在临床工作中参考使用。 （中华眼科杂志，2021，57：819-824）

abstractsIntraocular foreign body injury, as a special type of eye trauma, threatens visual function seriously via mechanical damage and a series of pathological changes to the eyeball due to the presence of a foreign body in the eye. Recently, the diagnosis of intraocular foreign body injury has been distinctly improved attributing to the advancement of medical imaging technology. Moreover, the ophthalmic microsurgery technology has been promoted and popularized, especially the technology of vitrectomy, which enhances the success rate of intraocular foreign body removal remarkably. In order to further standardize the principles and strategies for treatment of intraocular foreign body, China Ocular Trauma Society has reached a consensus based on serious discussions, which can be applied to ophthalmologists′ daily clinical work as a reference.
