摘要调节性集合/调节（AC/A）比值是斜弱视研究中的重要概念，尽管是临床上常用的检查指标，但是大多眼科医师对其理解并不深入，经验性运用可能存在偏差。本文对AC/A的参考值范围、检查方法、分类、影响因素以及临床应用价值进行综述，希冀为在健康人群的随访检测、斜视患者的病情评估和诊断治疗中正确运用AC/A提供依据。

abstractsAccommodative convergence/accommodation (AC/A) ratio is an important concept in strabismus and amblyopia. Although AC/A ratio is a commonly used clinical index, most ophthalmologists do not have a thorough understanding of it, and there may be some deviations in its empirical application. In this paper, we reviewed the normal range, measuring method, classification, influencing factors and clinical application value of AC/A, aiming to provide the basis for the application of AC/A ratio in physical check-up of normal population, disease evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of strabismus patients.
