摘要随着医学生物科学技术发展，眼内生物样本检测及基因检测越来越多应用于眼科临床的诊疗工作和研究中，其有助于快速诊断疾病，但也给临床工作带来新的问题。本文通过总结和论述国内眼内生物样本检测及基因检测的现状、存在的问题及解决方案，强调须以临床诊断作为眼部疾病诊疗工作的关键，并应在此基础上规范建立眼内生物样本检测及基因检测的各项相关标准，以期在临床应用中合理发挥眼内生物样本检测及基因检测的优势，切实推动眼科诊疗技术发展和进步。

abstractsWith the development of medical biotechnology, intraocular biological sample testing and genetic testing are increasingly applied in the diagnosis, treatment, and research of eye diseases. They help to quickly diagnose diseases, but also bring new problems to clinical work. This article summarizes and discusses the current situation, existing problems, and solutions of intraocular biological sample testing and genetic testing in China. It is emphasized that the clinical diagnosis is the key in ophthalmic practice, based on which criteria for intraocular biological sample testing and genetic testing need be established in a standardized manner, so as to reasonably leverage the advantages of the two tests and effectively promote the progress of ophthalmic diagnosis and treatment technology.
