摘要随着动物饲养普及化、多样化以及人与动物关系密切化，动物密切接触所致眼表感染性疾病发病量呈现显著上升趋势，但临床对此类疾病的认知不足，诊疗现状不容乐观。本文从临床实践中亟待解决的认知以及完善诊疗体系和策略的思考与建议两个方面，深入探讨了此类疾病的流行病学特征和危险因素、鉴别诊断难点、诊疗规范和预防策略的完善和建立，提出应增强临床警惕性以提高早期诊断意识，制订个性化预防策略以强化阻断传播途径，推进多中心研究和多学科协作以促进诊疗规范化，旨在指导临床为相关患者提供更为及时有效的医疗干预，实现人与动物和谐共处的美好愿景。

abstractsWith the increasing popularization and diversification of animal keeping and the closer relationships between humans and animals, there has been a significant upward trend in the incidence of ocular surface infectious diseases caused by close human-animal contact. However, clinical awareness of such diseases remains insufficient, and the current state of diagnosis and treatment is far from satisfactory. This article thoroughly explores the urgent need for improved clinical understanding and considerations and recommendations for refining the diagnostic and therapeutic system and strategies of this kind of infectious diseases, including the epidemiological characteristics and risk factors, challenges in the differential diagnosis, and the improvement and establishment of standardized diagnosis and treatment protocols and prevention strategies. We propose that clinical vigilance should be enhanced to improve early diagnostic awareness, personalized prevention strategies should be developed to strengthen the interruption of transmission routes, and multicenter studies and multidisciplinary collaboration should be promoted to advance the standardized diagnosis and treatment. The aim is to guide clinical practice in providing more timely and effective medical interventions for affected patients, ultimately realizing the vision of harmonious coexistence between humans and animals.
