摘要针灸理论体系的研究离不开核心概念术语的研究.通过对马王堆房中养生文献与<内经>针灸理论的对比研究,发现<内经>针灸理论在建构过程中采纳了房中养生理论的"气至"概念,这是房中活动与针刺实践在感觉描述、实际操作术式方面的相似性所决定的.此外,虽然<内经>中建立了气在经脉系统中循环运行的理论模式,但房中养生理论中气向下运行的思想在<内经>某些关于病理与临床治疗的论述中依然有所反映.

abstractsThe essential research on theory of acu-moxibustion include the research on its coral concepts and terms what can express thoughts which source is wide.Through the comparison on the theories of acu-moxibustion between the literature of sexology and regimen of Mawangdui and that in Nei jing(Internal Canon),it is found that,during the establishment of the acu-moxibustion theory,Nei jing adopts the concept of"qi zhi"based on the similarity between sexual action and the sensation occurred during acupuncturing.Furthermore,the mode of the circulation of qi in the channels was built in Nei jing,but the thought of moving down of qi in the theory of sexology and regimen also could be seen in some description about pathologic explanation and clinical therapy in Nei jing.
