abstractsPancreatic cancer is considered to be the most malignant digestive tract tumor due to its high invasiveness, metastasis and recurrence rate. In recent years, neoadjuvant therapy has brought new insights to the treatment of pancreatic cancer. To date, the value of neoadjuvant therapy in pancreatic cancer has been widely recognized, but there is a lack of specific regimens. The superiority and inferiority of various regimens are still uncertain, therefore, the efficacy of neoadjuvant therapy can be evaluated combined with imaging, functional and biological markers.
