摘要肠道菌群通过参与多种生理病理过程来影响人体健康.菌群的平衡紊乱与代谢和免疫相关的疾病有紧密联系,包括发病率逐年升高的炎症性肠病(IBD).菌群的个体性又是环境和遗传等多因素共同作用的结果.本文着重对宿主遗传信息调控肠道菌群的组成,以及其对IBD发病与临床表现影响的国内外研究现状进行了论述,为肠道菌群稳态紊乱导致的疾病的靶向治疗提供参考.

abstractsThe gut microbiota affects human health by participating in a variety of physiological and pathological processes. The imbalance of microbiota is closely related to metabolic and immune - associated diseases, including inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) with increasing prevalence. The individuality of microbiota is determined by multiple factors including environment and genetics. This article summarizes the current studies on the influence of host genetics on gut microbiota, and the relationship of host genetics with gut microbiota, IBD pathogenesis and clinical manifestations in order to provide insights for targeted therapy for the diseases caused by the imbalance of gut microbiota.
