摘要炎症性肠病患者合并结直肠癌的风险较一般人群增加，该问题已越来越受到临床医生的重视。消化内镜在早期结直肠癌及癌前病变筛查中起到重要作用，而炎症性肠病患者由于肠道黏膜炎症及相关并发症的出现，增加了癌变筛查的难度。本文就新型内镜技术中的染色和放大内镜在炎症性肠病结直肠癌癌变筛查中的应用价值作相应论述。

abstractsIncreased risk of colorectal cancer in patients with inflammatory bowel disease is a growing concern among clinicians. Gastrointestinal endoscopy plays an important role in the early detection of colorectal cancer and preneoplastic lesions. While the presence of mucosal inflammation and associated complications in patients with inflammatory bowel disease has made cancer detection become difficult. This review is intended to summarize the usefulness of chromoendoscopy and magnifying endoscopy in the surveillance of colorectal dysplasia and cancer in inflammatory bowel disease.
